Well hello there THINKING GIRLS!

Welcome to March!  Can you believe it’s the third month of 2013 already?  We’re gearing up for a big birthday in our house.  K2 is turning 6.  It seems like just yesterday he was my little pip squeak and now he’s growing up.  His gift arrived today on our doorstep in a huge box.  You’d think a company like Amazon could figure out how to send something NOT huge in a NOT huge box.  But, I guess not.  Anyway, it’ll be great, it’s just gonna cost me an arm and a leg to wrap it.

You may have noticed I’ve got a new look going on.

Yup, just doing a little house cleaning, it’s almost spring after all.  In an effort to streamline my life I’ve been moving stuff around, both virtually and in real life.  My blog and Facebook page and Twitter account all got a make over.

So did Beanie’s room.  She was wary to let me in there, but she loves what I’ve done with the place.  I knew she would.

So what’ been going on in  your life?  What have you been writing about?  I so want to know.  Please share!

Let’s all think good thoughts about spring too.  I know some of you have some serious snow at your houses today.  We had big flakes yesterday, but no accumulation.  I was just glad I made it to the dump the day before.  There’s nothing worse than trying to wrangle wet cold branches into the back of the pick up.  Oh, and I picked up some spring flowers, daffodils, at the grocery store yesterday – they are already starting to open and they are LOVELY!!!
